The room was super dirty, the bathroom was even worse. The bed sheets were full of cigarette burns. The mattress had bed bugs that I was not aware of till my back and legs were bitten many times to the point I had to go to the hospital to be treated

I was very disappointed all I could smell was cat urine. I was afraid to take off my shoes because the floors were dirty. The bathroom was a new low for me. It looked like they sanded the tub and left it.

Absolutely nothing it was horrible. The tub, linen was dirty and it was freezing. I am a pretty patient person. I waited for over an hour for the heater to come on and warm up the place. Which never happened.
